Students from the Thracian University got acquainted with the good practices of environmental safety measures at AES Galabovo

17 students, 4th year at the Thracian University, majoring in “Ecology and environmental safety”, visited today the TPP AES Galabovo and the Waste Disposal Facility, as part of their practical-learning program. Specialist from the department of environmental safety at the plant introduced the students to the basic measures and practices for minimizing and control over the impact of the environment, implementation of a complex permission regime, and system of environmental safety management, system of monitoring of the environment, applying practices of waste management and others.

After the presentation, the students got acquainted with the basic technological processes in the control rooms and visited the Waste Disposal Facility.
