We are working All Together with the Highest Standards of operational excellence, putting Safety First to provide safe and reliable energy to Bulgarian customers. In Bulgaria, we deliver solutions and operate our projects at the highest level of environmental standards and in full compliance will all local and European regulations. We adhere to the most stringent international governance standards and provide professional development opportunities to our people, with a special emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

We are the largest foreign investor in Bulgaria’s energy sector, and it’s a great honor and responsibility we take seriously. For the last 10 years, our facilities have played a vital role in securing the energy stability of the country and guaranteeing its energy independence.

We continue fulfilling our mission and working diligently to provide world-class services to all our customers, and we are continually energized by the positive impact our business has in the communities we serve.

Our robust Corporate Social Responsibility programs focusing in education, healthcare and infrastructure are significantly enhancing the access of local people to modern, world-class facilities and boosting their development. The kids and students, the energy of the future, are fundamental to our efforts, and the educational programs we are developing for them, together with the local authorities, are producing impressive results. We hope that with the support of AES, local communities will grow the future world-famous scientists, professionals and artists that will continue spreading the talents of Bulgarian people across the globe.

Together, we are shaping the future!
